MREA is experienced in individual single-family houses on an income level and homes on significant amounts of acreage and land.

The founders of MREA are husband and wife team Aaron and Alyssa Ivey, have 29 years of experience. Alyssa grew up in a family whose work included the purchasing, rehabbing, and reselling of historic homes in the Midtown Memphis area, while Aaron was raised by a principal broker of two real estate sales companies and a property management company. Aaron and Alyssa, having been raised around these professions, are extremely comfortable with every area of real estate sales, property management, construction and contracting, and brokerage operations, including heading up multi-agent offices. By being the principal broker of both brokerages, Aaron and Alyssa Ivey are free to work inside of both industries, providing services to both investors and individual retail buyers and sellers.

In 2025, Aaron and Alyssa sold over $10M in real estate, or 44 individual transactions, at MREA, while Enterprise Property Management manages about 600 properties and handles between 15 and 25 full home rehabs and make-ready processes every month. This team knows Contracting and is familiar with every trade for home repair or remodeling. Aaron and Alyssa are able to take this unique skill and advise both buyers and sellers on repairs or remodeling as they are either preparing their home for sale or are considering their next acquisition. Aaron and A become very excited at the opportunity to freshen up an existing property or cast a vision for a buyer, along with obtaining reasonably priced professional estimates for rehab or remodeling budgets for buyers who are considering their next home or investment project.

Aaron is the founder and owner of Enterprise Property Management, Inc, which he founded in 2004.

Aaron and Alyssa love working together and have a fantastic rapport both professionally and personally. The breakdown of responsibilities in their working relationship includes Aaron as a phenomenal communicator and relationship maker, able to provide insight for the customer as they convey their vision for their next purchase or the sale of their home or portfolio of properties, and he is sure to head up negotiations between agents and contract compliance and coordination. Aaron and Alyssa personally train all agents within their team to ensure maximum skill, attention to detail, and exceptional customer service for every customer working with MREA.
