That being said, I wanted to sell a property last year, but had no idea which property to sell. I spoke with Aaron about my desire to sell, and he had me speak with Alyssa Ivey, his wife. She suggested that she do a spreadsheet on all my properties, regarding rental income, location, value, etc., and suggested which property I should sell. She and Aaron then did a drive-by on that particular property and called me to discuss the sale and why this was the property to sell. I went with her suggestion, we listed the property at her recommended price, and got a full price offer on the property within 5 days. Alyssa was professional and very knowledgeable about the real estate industry. My phone calls were always answered, and she always had an answer to my questions. I'd say she was the best real estate agent I have ever worked with.

I've known Alyssa and Aaron for 20 years, when they sold me a rental property in the Memphis area, which they subsequently managed. They helped me sell the property in late 202,4 and it was a seamless process. They are the ultimate professionals and have been a pleasure to work with for all these years. Thank you!

Alyssa and Aaron were great to work with, start to finish! They both came for the initial walk-through and were very helpful with what we needed to do to get our house market-ready. Alyssa Ivey was warm, friendly, and always attentive. While highly efficient and focused on every detail of our transactions, she never lost that personal touch. Furthermore, Alyssa and her husband, Aaron, maintained that level of service throughout our entire working relationship. We couldn’t have asked for a better realtor to handle our investments. Likewise, Aaron was a wizard at property management. When we sold our last property, we all vowed to stay in touch. I dislike fluff and disingenuous reviews, but I will tell you, the Iveys are the real deal. I can highly recommend them in all integrity. They will make handling your property and investment a breeze. My whole family trusts them explicitly. A rare find in today’s world.

We bought our first rental property in Memphis, and it was a smooth and quick process. He organized a pest control, home inspection, and general contractor to inspect our property, which allowed us to make an informed decision. Enterprise Property is managing our property, and it has been a wonderful experience. Lindsey has been amazing, making the transition incredibly easy. I am grateful for the open communication with the company, considering we are in different time zones. We look forward to purchasing more properties and working with Aaron and his team.

Throughout that time, their service was nothing short of exceptional. They were consistently responsive, professional, and proactive in handling every aspect of property management. I always felt confident that my home was in great hands. When I decided to sell the property last year, there was no question who I would turn to for help. They once again exceeded my expectations by managing the entire sales process from start to finish. They coordinated everything—from staging the home to preparing it for listing—with incredible attention to detail. Thanks to their expertise and dedication, I was thrilled to receive a competitive offer. What truly sets them apart is the quality of the relationship. For more than a decade, they have been dependable, transparent, and deeply committed to delivering the best possible experience.
